AMM OPTIONS

RELIABILITY MODULE

The most advanced maintenance programs are based on mechanical performance evaluation; they constitute reliability programs. Reason why the main objective of this module is to be able to analyse maintenance data and compare real data values with average alert levels. So the final user will have a set of KPIs (key Performance Indicators) helping him to control and measure the efficiency of his maintenance program. Finally, depending on KPIs analysis, the person responsible for maintenance will be able to take actions.

AMM REMOTE REPORTING

The AMM Remote Reporting Module is a Web-based module. Customers have access to all their aircraft maintenance reports and inventory data from anywhere via the Internet. Pilots can also update aircraft time on the internet and even on their cell phone! All this information is available to authorized users only, which you can control through the user module.

ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE

This module eliminates the need to keep paper copies of the maintenance certification documents for signature purpose. Generate your personalized signature and initial electronically and a certification log is created for each employee for added security.

DOCUMENT MANAGER

The Document Attachment Option allows you to attach documents at 16 different places in the system. Attaching a document has never been simpler, you will be able to attach files of any format, hyperlinks, and scans direct from the printer simply by clicking the Doc Manager button.

PENALTY CALCULATOR

The time efficient tool specifically designed for our AgustaWestland 139 operators! The Penalty Calculator provides the functionality and precision that operators, pilots, and maintenance crews depend upon when calculating complex formulas to ensure the useful life of a component. It calculates formulas based on flight hours, penalty hours or both for any component based on the manufacturer’s requirement.

AIR KEEPER MODULE

The Air Keeper Module will alert the assigned user before a maintenance task is due for each aircraft, without the need to consult the Aircraft Maintenance Manager software. The aircraft registration letters will appear on the computer screen with the remaining time until the next maintenance task. This is a very good tool for flight dispatching!

TEMPLATE AUDIT TOOL

Template Audit Tool is perfect to help you audit your aircraft. It generates an Excel report with all the aircraft and with all the links to the template.
